It is with great excitement that our vision has come to life and is now entering the final stages of construction. 250 Burnell Street Apartment Complex is a multi-family, 106 unit apartment complex that will be ready to welcome residents early 2026. Burnell Investment Inc., our local Winnipeg based Ownership Group, is responsible for the vision and resurrection of this long overdue project.
